Unfortunately, there are cases where items are beyond repair, and we genuinely regret being unable to assist in such instances. Our business focuses on repair and restoration, and while we strive to tackle challenging projects, some items might be beyond what we can feasibly repair.

All orders must be picked up within 60 days of completion. Pete’s cobblers bench is not responsible for any item after the 60 days.

The typical turnaround time for general repairs is a week and a half to two weeks. Restorations and larger projects will require at least 3 weeks to six months depending on the item.
